Northpeak is a B2B SaaS company whose distributed sales team relied on six disconnected tools for pipeline reporting - none of which agreed with each other by the time a weekly report was due.
What we were solving for
Sales leadership couldn't get a same-day view of pipeline health. Reports were manually assembled from six systems, often took a full day to compile, and were frequently already stale by the time they were presented.
What we found
We mapped every data source feeding sales reporting, interviewed the team compiling weekly reports, and found that most of the manual work was reconciling naming inconsistencies between systems that a proper data pipeline could resolve automatically.
How we approached it
We designed a unified data pipeline pulling from all six source systems into one warehouse, with automated reconciliation of naming and formatting inconsistencies.
A real-time dashboard was built on top, giving sales leadership live pipeline visibility instead of a weekly static report.
Role-based views were added so reps, managers and leadership each see the data relevant to them without extra filtering.
